I was the kid that took apart the radio and then put it back together – just for fun. I have always been fascinated by technology. However, unlike the “engineering” chip heads, I was always looking at technology from a more holistic view and with a creative flair – thus my affinity for marketing – even at a young age. School counselors told my parents I was a rare kid in that I was strong in both left and right brain thinking.
My degree is in marketing (BA from Temple University – Go Owls) and I have always been involved in marketing and technology. My current position is with Aon – the worlds largest insurance brokerage. Since 1997, I have managed the e-commerce strategy for Aon – Affinity in the US. As of late 2009, my role also includes global interactive marketing strategy for the firm.
With over two decades of experience in the utilization and marketing of new and emerging technologies, my prior work experience includes Day-Timer Technologies and Keyboard Publishing. I am a member of the Direct Marketing Association and the Society for Information Management (there goes that left-right brain thing again).
